Vascular Disease

An intricate network of blood arteries, the heart, and the blood makes up the vascular system. The network transports unwanted waste materials and supplies the body's tissues with nutrition and oxygen. Any abnormal condition of the arteries and veins is referred to as vascular disease. Blood is circulated through blood vessels in the body. Serious illnesses and even death can result from issues along this extensive network. Vascular illnesses can strike anyone at any time, affecting both men and women on an equal basis. Blood flow is where vascular disease most frequently manifests itself for example when the direction of blood flow in the arteries suddenly changes the most prevalent vascular conditions
